Postage will be charged at a rate of £5.00 on all orders.
(overseas delivery charged at cost)

All Orders will be sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Insurance:

In the event that the order does not reach you within the 5 day delivery period, please contact us via our contacts page and we will provide you with all the information required to make a claim with the post office.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving orders and sent via recorded delivery. Justjewlz.co.uk will assume no responsibility for returned items that are subsequently lost or stolen by any shipping carrier. We advise not to write anything on the exterior of the package that may reveal the contents.
